Default blown motor what shold i do please help limited time

First off i have a b16a and it has scratched cylinder walls that are pritty bad, as well as a blown srp piston the person who originally built the moter did a poor job and sheaved the top of the head i dont know why but it is.

I have a 91 teg that has every thing done to it you can do fule and spark all done up.
here are my options
1) ross pistons
bore head 25 over
gaskets arp studs and new barings
cos; 2000 with labor to pull whole block out

2) send block away to have it sleaved and to all of the above stuff.

now i have to consider time and cost as well and will i even be able to use the exta say 50-100 hp i could achive by haveing my block sleeved.

all thoughts are well come and if you have a better plain or block you want to sell let me know
-thanks -pat

if you plan on continuing to run boost or want to run higher boost in the future, there is no question choice number two!

so you would go with say b16 83mm bore sleaved.

I was told i could easily make 300-330 whp with my current setup. this is just with what i have and the built b16a (option 1)

I am considering haveing it sleaved but the question is will i even need it. I mean can 300 be safe on stock sleaves if tuned right.
do you know any one with more then 300 out of a b16 for starters and is it even usable on the street with street tires and a stock differental and axles.
