Default ... ls crank in a gsr... rods and pistons...

... when using an ls crank in a gsr for a lil bump in displacement... will custom rods or pistons be needed?... or will the ones designed for a gsr work?... (not stock, je pistons and eagle rods)... the reason that i am asking is that i already have the rods and pistons... and i am considering using an ls crank for a lil more displacement if it will not cause too much added headaches... lemme know... thanks...

You have to use LS sized Eagle Rods, LS crank, and pistons meant for an LS...remember the deck height b/w a GSR and LS are the same, only the LS has more stroke (sans less rpms it revs to from factory)
