Is it the Axle?
It makes a somewhat grinding, wobble noise when accelerating and when turning right. The weird thing is that it usually only does it when the car is warm. It won't do it when the car is cold, even when I get on it. What else could it be?

it could be one of the bearings/plates inside the cv joint. one of mine cracked and would do what you're describing.
edit: well, i re-read your post, and i'm not so sure about the "cold" "warm" part. mine did it no matter what.

First thing first.......check the basics, see if it is your cv boot, if you leave like that then it can do further damage and cost you more like replacing your axles.
