Default man WTF... CEL light is on.. cant get it to blink

well had my s200 hondata running for a few days and now i get no power the the unit.. im not getting power the the 1 and 3 service connectors.. well the CEL is on and the bitch will not blink. i know im jumping the right wires im not an idiot.. ive tryed my p14 ecu and the same thing.. wtf is going on.. the car willnt crank btw.

and how would that affect the ecu?
sounds like the ecu isnt getting power

check engine light gets it power from ecu

mine doent lite the cel without ecu..

yea fuses are good.. maybe the main relay but i doubt it
