So get a new girdle?
BTW, was it shipped like that? What kind of packaging did the sender prepare it with? I'd seek some sort of compensation, at least for a new girdle.

pm me w/ what happened. you can get a new girdle or weld it...id just get another girdle though.definatley get that block decked and checked at a machine shop. im wondering if the chip was caused by impact straight down or too the side.....mighta wanna find out the geometry of that number 4 main cap as well.

Dang Shing........sorry to see this......I would definatelly get that checked out by a machine shop. Is it the sellers fault? Let me know.....again.....thanks for the hookup

I didn't want to post the story till the seller say my emails.
It was not the seller fault. The thing was package pretty well. it was double boxed and wrapped/padded and had extra padding on top and bottom. The issue here is if it wasn't drop kicked around by the hsipper, this would NOT have happened. If they treated this damn thing with a tiny respect, they would have not had this problem.
So pissed... I wanted to cry last night.
