Default this sux, why do I get 1 Bar with 0.45 Bar wg spring?

I removed the upper hose from boostcontroller to wg. Boost stable at 0.45 Bar in every gear and once of a sudden at 6500rpm it went up to 1 Bar. This happend in every gear. At least this shows it is not a boostcontroller failure. What **** is this, 1st AutoX event is coming up in 1 month and I don't need 1 Bar boost.

Whats wrong here? Is the wg kinda stucked? Is my Tial 35mm too small? Weird is, this is after installing the new meng header and engine rebuilt, but I got only new valves........I noticed it last year in September befor I put the car in the garage for winter storage.

------>Long shot<------

The wastegate is too restrictive. Try opening up the wastegate port to reduce wastegate back pressure. Also possible the wastegate location is not in the right place. If it is on a runner its control of boost is limited at high rpm.

Read Maximum boost for more info.

What do you mean with read maximum boost?

It holds 1-1.5 Bar super streight without spiking or anything. Below 1 Bar is

.........do you mean my wg dump tube which is leading back into the dp creates too much back preassure.....but it is in sam place like before.

throwing out a long shot, but how long have you had that spring in the wastegate for? Maybe the spring is shot, from boosting really high before. What did you use to boost/psi before?

springs dont go..

only thing i could think of the WG is to small.. cause to get lower boost with a small spring u need some serious flow..

is it a 35mm?

boosted 1.2 Bar Daily for 14000 miles. Yeas, it is a 35mm wg with the stock 0.45 Bar spring.

I mixed nothing up, cause I run with the same lines for 14000km w/o roblems, it is since I have the meng manifold in. I can not mix up lines, cause they have exactly the length which is needed

Your exhaust is out flowing your wastegate giving you boost creep. It could be from wastegate placement on the manifold or that your wastgate is just too small. I bet you have a 3" exhaust and no cat.
