Default My car is running at .915 volts with my vafc why? (b16a in a 99 si)

I am runing at .915 volts i know its rich as **** my setup is aem fuel rail, filter, pressureregulator, victor x intake manifold, clutchmasters stage 5 with the flywheel, unorthodox underdrive pully, no ac or paower steering, greddy header, 2 1/4 exust apexi true coilovers, aem cam gears. I lowered the fuel rates but then it stays a .915 volts then when i pull it to like -35 on HVT it jumps from .915 to .015 and i know the .015 = blown motor haha forced upgrade if anyone can help i would greatly apreciate it.

your running .915 volts on what? you talking about your o2 sensor? there isnt a way to hook up that funcationality w/ vafc's. that only works on safcs. so idk where your getting theses numbers from.
