Default Is the Clutch Arm Supposed to be REALLY Loose??

im taking my motor out, and i took off the clutch master (or is it slave???) cylinder, the one on the front of the tranny. the lever that is there is REALLY loose, like i can move it al over the place, all directions. does this mean that my clutch is like non-exhistant anymore??

oh yeah, the clutch was original, with a full 221,000 miles on it.

Without the pressure of the slave cylinder on it, it will seem to be pretty damn loose.

As far as wobbling all over the place, that's really hard to tell without being there to feel it for ourselves.
