Default Good News/Bad News!

Bad news, I crashed my R. Good news, I didn't do any damage to it. I went *** end first into a snow dune at over 50 mph, whew !, that was a close one. It was due to a bad course design in an area with a fresh coating of rock salt. I was the second car up at the event and after my crash they fixed the course so that another wouldn't get into the same situation. Good news, I got first in my class at SCCA's first event of the season (CSP). Bad news, there was only three cars in my class including me. Why does the SCCA seem to have over 100 classes. All in all I had a great time for my first time with SCCA. SCCA

your carbon fiber hood should put you in SM (street Modified). usually that's the biggest class other than novice because you have all the hybrids in there....

Nope there's not many in the SM class, although I would've came in third.

No, not at all. It felt like everything was real slow. I saw everything no surprise at all, the birds passing, the clouds moving, even my passengers ohhhhhhhhhhhhh shhhhhhhhooooooootttttt was in slow motion. I felt as though I was in control the whole time. Clearly I wasn't, but my musles didn't even tence up.
