I dunno if this might be relevant,
I was recently faced with a similar scenario the car would just bog at 7k. However I believe it was due to my ignition arching out. While driving the car NA i did not experience this problem. However, shooting N20 the car just bogged. In addition I noticed a great deal of electrical shock.
If you have an upgraded ignition this could be a problem as the spark isnt strong enough due to the arc.
Just a thought,
Eric

When i went turbo i had the same problem. I changed my plugs and that didn't help, so i thought for sure it was the ignition. I decided to use my afc and just street tune it before i bought it (since i had a check engine light for to rich/lean). Sure enough the miss went away. The car feels much stronger though out the rpm band. I still plan on dyno tuning and getting ignition but at least i found the problem. BTW i had to lean it out.
