Default I need advice car has a miss

Im sorry for the long post so please bear with me. My car has about 56k on it, within those 56k it has been all motor as well as supercharged and now is turbo. My motor is compleatly stock as far as internals are concerned. Ok here is my problem after a race i was slowing down and heard two pop's out of the exhaust which led me to pull over. When I poped the hood i observed white smoke out of the breather filter which resembled the smell of coolant. I thought i hadblew a headgasket, so i took the head to a machine shop to have it tested they said it was fine no warpage and no bent valves so i proceded to throw a headgasket on it hoping to fix it. Well i still have my same problem the car is still throwing white smoke out of the breather as well as I still have low compression in cylinder #4. P.S. compression #'s are 190-191-192-60. Once again sorry for the long post and any help will be greatly appreaciated.

You have either broke the ring lands in #4 or messed up a piston you will not see it untill you pull the pistons out of the block.

cracked sleeve most likely, since you are burning coolant, if it is not the headgasket.

I forgot to put that i pored oil in my cylinders and measuered it with a ruler at about 8:00 in the morning and did not check it until about 3:00 and the oil was still at the same mesurement. And there is also no coolant in the oil and vice versa. Which leads me to belive that i don't know what the hell it could be. Could i still have a cracked sleve if no oil drainded out. Thank you all for all of your help.

Is there anyway i could have a bent rod? Also what kind of test could i run to find out if it is a sleeve, and if it is just rings do i have to do anything special to the block to put rods and pistons in it. Thank you

Well I guess first I should ask if you checked the sleeve at all when you had the head off?...and if you did, did you roll the crank around to check the whole sleeve top to bottom?? And did you inspect the combustion chamber on #4 on the head for any cracks....I dont know if there are water jackets around there that might leak coolant into the cylinder if the head was cracked which would cause hydro lock. The hydro lock could bend a connecting rod but Im not too sure if you would still see water vapor from the breather filter

when I had the head of i checked not only that sleve but all 4 of them for signs of wear and then had a couple of buddy's come check it out, and they all said it passed there approval. The head I had inspected at a local machine shop and they said that there is absolutly nothing wrong with it. I started it yesterday and it was still smoking so im figuring it is the rings. I do appreaciate your help thank you.
