newb oil return line question

Default newb oil return line question

is using a rubber hose for the oil return line a bad idea?

not if its rated for high temp...being over 500degrees...
otherwise, yes very bad idea. My buddy lost all by 1 qt of oil through his line before he realized it. It expanded, then blew because of the heat....

true also, the lines will be more likey to be located next to the DP which gets very very hot.

thanks for the info, I have the maxrev kit and it comes with a rubber hose I duno whats its rated for max temperature
