Default Distributor help

first i had to drill off the damn rotor screw and got shards everywehre. Cleaned it up.

Then i accidentally installed the distributor 180 degrees off and tried to start motor

Now that i installed it correctly, motor starts up fine. But runs VERY weak.

Any got any ideas? did my distributor go bad?

i didn't use a timing light gun to check it. however i did check the mark on the distributor and it is aligned (which means 16 degrees)
