Ok. I didn't even wanna post this but I've done everything I can think of.

My friend has a stock GSR with a drag III kit, normal Deltagate with 7 lb spring, 3" EX all the way back. We just got the VAFC hack tuned last week to 254hp@9psi "great, whatever"
Now its creeping like a mothersumthin.

TurboXS manual Boost controller set to 9psi holds for like a second or two, and creeps to 13 psi in 3rd through 5th.
I wanted to lower the boost, put it on 7.......7psi 1st and 2nd, creep to 13 in 3rd through 5th.
So, to make it eaiser on the WG to open, we found a 3-5 lb spring and swapped it in. Same deal, no change.

So I told him to take the Spring completely out and see what it does in 3rd through 5th at WOT........Max of positive .40kg/cm^2 (close to .4 bar). And that is with NO SPRING and open WG.
Does the Drag 3 creep that bad with the opening on the #1 runner?

Oh, and the WG reads, not that it matters with no spring, boost straight from the compressor. When it went through the Boost controller, it went through there in between.

 

i had the same problem, i had to port the wastegate opening to almost 1.5" before it would stop creeping, then the creep came back , but it was because there was a crack in the downpipe, so you might wanna check that also.....
