i didnt know a d series could put out that much power. damn.

that torque is really high too...I have to say I am impressed (but I still like b-series the best

)

It's a turbo race engine, probably doesn't do too well on the street. My friend's boosted B18C1 engine does fine for a daily driver and it has run an 11.5 best.

25 psi of boost and a full race engine. geez.

and w/ my current setup, a measly 8 psi would be a lot for me.

you could run that street, i mean you will probibly not make too high of numbers with running 100+ octane but you can make a VERY powerful d16 that can still take the street. Thats what they made a boost controller for

ya, kinda like the other thread pushin 566 whp with 550cc injectors...HAH

and these things have 880cc injectors.

that is one amazing D series!

I was all hyped...then I read "JGEngineDynamics.com".

They must share the same dyno as Cybernation. LOL! *Good eye whoever said that!*

I wonder if that SOHC is still in commission? Or did it blow up already?
