Ok I bought my zex kit for my integra ls I also purchased the gauge/manifold, EGt gauge and a/f gauge and bottle heater. I am going to replace the spark plugs. What other things can I do to make it run safetly. I have heard of an RPM set thing that wont let nitrous ingage with certain RPM's what is this and where can I buy it. Also I saw something that with deactivate the nitrous if you are running to lean or rich what is this and where can I buy it. Also what other tips and products do you guys recomend me getting. Thanks in advance.

 

you would want to uprade your fuel system, which can include bigger injectors, a fuel rail and a fuel pressure regulator. you may also want to retard your timing about 1 or 2 degrees. simple bolt ons such as i/h/e also work hand in hand with nitrous.

 

what are the rev controllers and the N20 cut off if it is running lean

 

1. Get your injectors cleaned
2. Fuel pump and FPR
3. Fuel pressure safety switch
4. MSD window switch
5. Go to dyno and check your AF

 

what is the fuel pressure safety switch?

 

It's a switch that kills power to your kit if fuel pressure drops below a certain PSI. I think they are a pain in the ***, but they work.
