What size turbo are you running and what rpm do you shift at? Is it safe to redline..will this damage internals? Im about to run a garret t3 60-1.It has a 4inch compressor inlet and a 2.5 oulet.
Turbine specs:
.82 a/r turbine high flow 76 trim wheel
Compressor specs:
to4s .70 a/r housing w/ 60 trim wheel
What do most of you guys running 60-1's shift at?

That's a big turbo. What manifold are you using to fit that on the Prelude? I hope you checked to make sure it fits on the car first. Anyway I am using a t3/t04e 60trim .63 a/r and it's the boost you run more than anything.
I'd be curious to know how much boost you are running and at what rpm it reaches full boost.

im gonna be fabricating my own manifold from JGS its gonna be log style im not really worried about the fit cause i can do anything. Im prob going to run around 12-14psi..this thing spools up quick! i was just wondering what other people with this same 60-1 shift at?
When you said 'damage internals' I assume you aren't talking about stock internals. You've sleeved the block and put some pistons and rods in there right? Put some pics up when you are done. I would be interested in seeing the design of the manifold since it's tight in there. Are you keeping the AC?

yes i will keep a/c i should take it out but im too lazy i dont even use it anyways. My manifold is gonna be really small im gonna cut and weld the t's and elbos as close to the flang as possible. Yes i have je pistons 9.5:1, crower rods, chamberferd crank, iron sleeves (im not sure if they are big enough it kinda worries me check out the pic).

That is the correct sized turbo for your application
You'd better be running more than 14 psi though
You're safe upping the redline to 8000 on a stock head, and I'd shift around 7800ish.......
