cartec fmu install + driving without turbo connected
Is there any problem with driving around with the turbo connected to the exhaust manifold but no to the intake? I just wanted to drive around for a few miles to make sure I have all the bugs worked out.
Also I'm running extremely rich just at idle and wanted to make sure I have my cartech fmu inbstall correctly. I connected the return from the factory regulator to the in on the cartech and the out is the return, then I T'd off the factory regulator for vaccum. The thing I'm unsure about is there is a little ****. Does this get a vaccum line attached and what exactly does it do? I thought the allen screw in the center was for adjusting fuel pressure at idle.

if you run with the turbo not connected to the intake pipe, you will run the chance of over revving your turbo and killing it.
