Default turbo installed a few problems. HELP!!

i just installed my drag gen turbo kit and im having a few problems with it.The first, my car's idle was surging between 1000 and 3000 rpm. i threded the FICV under the t- body and that helped but now it idles and 1500 and fluctuates about 200 rpm. i adjusted the idle screw all the way down till it gets to 1500 rpm.Any thoughts.
Second,
when i accelerate my car will hessitate a little then between 4000 and 6000 it will hessitate and king of bogg like the rpms dont get any higher. i didnt adjust my timing yet, so could that be it. it feels like it does it arounf the vtec crossover.
Any help will be appreciated

did you use the missing link? or map bypass?

and how did you set up the FMU? you placed it after the fuel rail, right?

i am using missing link,. the fmu is installed on the driver side of the car. hose from the bottom is running to fpr, and the side is running to the fuel line from the tank.

Which fmu, 12:1? You may be running too rich and thus the hesitation.

Check for a vaccum leak, thats prolly the problem w/ your idle.
