the other day i hydrolocked my car... but my friends fixed it by takin out da spark plugs and basically sucking da water out... da next day i changed my oil and spark plugs... but in da process noticed that the radiator cap was missing... i drove it about 50 some miles... then started to overheat... by the time i got home it wouldn't start nemore... i tried to jump it, but no help... i think it might be the thermostat or head gasket... the engine cranks but it doesnt turn on...oh yea i had to literally fill the whole radiator, if that makes a difference... nebody think it might be the engine itself?? any insight would be apppreciated...

If it doesnt turn over you probably got it so hot that you locked it up.

If it does turn over you are going to have some problems.. Valves rings pistons ..
If you drove 50 miles with no car I am sure it didnt take long for it all spit out?
But I would have to say its probably not a good thing?
How long was your heat gauge peged in the red?

you need three things to make a engine run, spark (at the right time), fuel, and compression. make sure you got all those
