Not sure if this goes in this forum, but how many people would be interested in Log manifolds for B and D series engine? I can do AC on the D series, not on Bseries(unless you send me an AC compressor for some money off the manifold )
Prices are going to range from $2-250, and Im only doing a small amount(5 or 10 for now) if the interest is high enough. TIG welding and CNC flanges...

 

I'm interested. What kinda works have you done? It's going to be for a B16 in a 2nd gen crx w/o ac and HASport mounts for the future but a D16 manifold for a 2nd gen crx for the present.

 

I'd be interested in a D series.

What material are they going to be made from?

 

The material is Schedule 40 piping...its almost a quarter inch thick. They will not crack.
The flanges are CNC machined, and welds will be TIG.

Can you do tubular style mani's?

 

i have seen a few of codys manifolds, i would have to say that it is a great deal at $250. email him for some pics, you will not be let down!

As for tubular Mani's yes I can make them. I want to get $350 for one of these, because they are quite a bit trickier...Like I said Im still a few weeks off from being ready to produce theses with the TIG welder and CNC flanges...

 

Something similar to this one will be $3-400.

These will be $250...


bad pics, but once again, the flanges will be CNC'd. If you have anything other than a T3, I will need the turbo in order to build the manifold...the shipping cost will of course be deducted from the total price...

Edit: T3/t4s, as well as straight T4s are ok.

Thanx for the pics Mike.
The manifold pictured is the basic design. However, I am now using CNC flanges, and a TIG welder for cleaner/stronger welds, and I will have pics of these when they are ready....
if you have any other turbo besides a T3 or T4, I will need the flange gasket to make a flange(or send me the flange and I will knock the price down).

 

why would you need just the a/c for bseries? dont you need to actually test fit in a car? can i provide dimensions or something for you? pics, flanges, whatever.

i need a log for my 90integra, but with 14b with the stock downpipe and charge pipe thingy

 

just place everything as close to the engine as possible.

 

do you have pics of the a/c compatible D-series mani? also a pic of one mounted in a d-series bay with a/c?
