Default N2O plug and gap question...(MistaBone, take a look)

I know, I used the search, but didn't find anything that really answered my question. I have a a 00 Civic EX, SOHC VTEC, I\H\E, and a Zex kit spraying a 75 shot. I retarded the timing for a while, but gradually got it to 2 degrees OVER stock with no pings. I run 93 octane religously, most of the time I burn 100, and I wanna know what plugs and what gap I need to be running. I have the ZEX plugs now, ut I'm not too sold on them, and they're like 25 bucks a set shipped. I need something a little more cost effective, not to mention something I can buy from NAPA. I'm no n00b to this, just wanna hear a few more opinions...TIA

Heres one opinion. Use regular NGK spark plugs but go a step colder on the heat range. Smaller number equals colder plug. Example if your car calls for a B8ES than a B7ES would be next step colder. And dont advance timing you cant always hear detonation...3gdude
