1986 b16a swap questions.
1986 CRX 5spd
I'm sure HASport makes a mount kit.
Can I fit a MaxRev or Rev Hard 2c Kit underthe hood along with the b16?
Is the swap straight foward?
Thanks.

HASport does make a kit for B series into the 1st gen crx.
You will need to do ALOT of wiring, however. I would refer to the hasport site and contact them for more information...
and take bryant's advise as well

The turbo is def. going to have to be custome. No 'kit' is going to fit your car. since there is limeted space. As for the swap, its pretty streaght foward. You should be able to find tons of info.

the more will fit.
a turbo kit will be very tough. If you've seen Bseries motor in a 3rd gen civic engine bay! basically no room at all. but you could do it. I would try a small turbo kit (greddy 15G) and try to move things around. But you'll have to do some cutting.

you can fit a turbo if you use a half radiator such as the 92-01 dual core you'll have plenty of room for a t3/t4. there is plenty of room to work with, you know when you have the car others just assume. no this is not an opinion...
easy, i am not just "spouting off". i have an ef sedan that has had two diff turbos, incl. t3/t4, three diff. radiators and have an 87 crx si with crvtec with 92-95 double core half width del sol vtec-type fluidyne - it is TIGHT! as another example, dave of smsp on these pages require 5.5 inches in front of the head for header clearance and there are passenger side issues with clearance on gen 1 crx's. there are def. plumbing problems for a b series motor with turbo and intercooler on these cars!
