the 2.7 liter from the 1st gen legend will fit in an 80s accord. it has been done before
the 3.2 liter from the 2nd gen wouldnt work, since the engine sits longitudinally (front to back) with the transmission behind the engine, and the differential bolting to the passenger side of the oil pan.
aftermarket parts for the legend motor (any of them) are fairly limited, a company did a turbo kit for the 1st gen 2.7L, but it was somewhat less than impressive (but still a turbo kit)

There cant be any way in hell that a C32A would fit into any civic, period. I will give the first person to show me that a funny look.

C32A = 3.2L. 2nd gen motor. Wouldn't fit.
2.7L (not sure of the code) would fit, as rangerjoe said.

There was a 5th gen coupe on Ebay with a Type 1 2nd gen motor & turbo installed(small snail and I believe was only pumping 6psi's out). Custom mounts, axles, exhaust, converted to rear wheel drive, ugly *** kit, but work looked great. I can't find it on Ebay anymore but I saw someone here post it.
Here is a link but the pics have been taken down. To all the non-believers, never say never.
