Default ... fuel system upgrade... 300-350whp...

goal:
- 300-350whp

setup:
- b18c1 (stock sleeves)
- 9.8:1 je pistons
- eagle rods

... what fuel system upgrades would i need to achieve my goals?... i am guessing adjustable fuel pressure regulator (b&m, aem, aeromotive)... is this necessary, or will the stock fpr hold?... also, is there anything else i should consider upgrading?... lemme know... thanks in advance...

I make 325whp on the street at 10psi and 390whp on C16 at 16psi.
I use a Vortech 12:1 FMU, missing link, RC 440cc injectors, SAFC, 255lph intank pump, stock fpr. The car runs fine. I am stepping up to a aeromtive 500lb/hr pump and -10an lines though. 330whp is about the most you can get safely on pump gas out of my current setup.

You might want to run some bigger fuel lines as well.

yep -10 an is gonna be pushing alot of fuel, but were shooting for aroun 550whp on race fuel. You can use your stock return line to try and keep fuel pressure stable.

Not sure what my fuel pressure is at.

All you need is a walboro 255lph fuel pump, 720cc injectors and hondata. You dont need any aftermarket fpr's, fuel rails, lines, etc. Your duty cycles will still be around 60-65% at 350whp, so you still have room to expand.

I run stock fuel lines, stock fuel rail, and stock fpr. only upgrades are rc 550cc injectors and walbro intank fuel pump. im already near 300whp and there is plenty room to go.

I run a T4 60-1 ball bearing turbo. The thermal 3" would definitely be a wise choice. And because of running a turbo car, you wouldn't need the resonator like most people, the turbo would help keep it quiet. My block is built, it's a gsr block, GE sleeved, eagle rods and arias pistons. If i ran a smaller turbo, i could probably push around 1bar daily, so for you running the t3/t4, you could run more boost on the same setup. I'd be willing to give you my afc settings also if you need those. I'm out for the rest of the day but will be back on around 8:30 tomorrow, talk to you guys then.

Pretty much junky. The only reason you should want a fpr is to turn down your fuel pressure with really large injectors. If you need to turn up the fuel pressure, than get larger injectors. You cannot turn down your fuel pressure with the b&m. I am running the stock fuel rail, fpr and lines for around 450whp.
