what boost gauge should i run?
i know if im willing to drop $2K on a kit i shouldnt go cheap on electronics such as boost, EGT, a/f gauges etc. My question is what brand gauges are the most accurate?? from what i hear autometer is crap, but some say its ok... so im confused...how about a/f gauges?? who offers this gauge besides autometer?? is it necessary to have an a/f gauge?? what gauges are necessary when i first put in my turbo?? thanks

50% of the peopel that fun Autometer stuff have something bad to say about them.
A lot of people seem to like Greddy gauges and Blitz guages and stuff.
Defi's are also pretty popular with their system link thingy much like Blitz's.
i have Defi's. No they are not installed, they are in my chimney waiting to be installed.

hmm the domestic boys and pro drag racers mostly run autometer so they can't be that bad. Could be the install of them as well.
I have autometer's new cobalt line and I love em accurate responsive and look cool as well.
but get others opinions WHY they DON'T like em, autometer sells a hell of alot more gauges than greddy or any other company so obviously they are going to be cheaper.
thats my $ .02

greddy 60mm warning boost and E.G.T. gauge.
greddy 60mm electronic fuel pressure gauge.
that's what i have.
just trying to decide which wideband to run the techedge or fjo
get the 60mm fitting band holder...i got the 60mm gauges to fit in the autometer triple pod, (2" opening grinded to 60mm or close enough), but the gauges or too long to mount the triple pod. learned the hard way. that's my .02

I agree, they do look damn cool. Are those things back-lit?
