I have heard alot of rumors about autometer boost gauges not being accurate over time. Is that true? I have heard some ppl complain about them. i am debating on getting either autometer or glowshift. here is the link http://glowshiftdirect.com/ind...dID=2

My autometer has so far been accurate enough (+/- 1 psi). It's a mechanical one.

i think there is an error factor in any mechanical gauge to a little degree. i have never had any issues with autometer and vdo for that matter. i went with defi because i wanted to be a baller, actually i like their electronic fuel pressure gauge and am getting one soon.

 

yeah. some gauges i want electronic but as for the boost gauge IMO it doesn't matter to me if it is electronic or not. It is just that i have heard some stories that the autometer was off by more than 6+psi so i just want to see if anyone has heard or has that problem thats all. if so then i will get the glowshift boost gauge in the link in my first post just for peace of mind.
