Default Oil line feed installed. Broke Oil Presser switch.

I put in my oil line feed, and oil was shooting out where the plastic meets the metal were the electrical connection is.

I replaced it with one off a old block sitting in my garage. It looked a little different and was a different socket size, but it seems to be working.

My question is are all the oil pressure switches on all hondas the same? More specifically are all D series oil pressure switches the same?

even if it doesnt work, you dont really need that switch. By the time your low engine oil light comes on, your engine is probably already fucked anyways.

Yep, you don't even need it. I replaced mine w/ an mech. oil pressure gauge.
