Default compression test?! what should the compression be?

Anyone know what the reading for an ls block with type r pistons should be? does 220 across all 4 sound about right?

as long as the differences between each cylinder is between 5~10 no more than that. If it's over, then rings/pistonz causing it

220 across all pistons is awsome. Sounds like you have a very healthy motor.
