just curious, if u build your motor with lower compression pistons such as 9:1 and you perform a compression test, what shoudl the nubers be around accross the board?
i had 210 210 210 210 on stock pistons and rods, just curius before i start getti into it thats all.

i want to now so that when i do a compression test i will know what numbersd are good and what are bad that will help me figure out if my rings are seated properly or not.

More important than specific numbers is equal compression in all 4 cylinders.
FWIW, on a 9.6:1 CR Civic, I was getting 190-195psi accoss the board.

yea i understand that part about the consistancy of the numbers to each other.
but i just wanted to know how much from 210 psi i have now will i have with 9:1 comression?
