Default 1999 civic si tune up

I am gonna be redoing my car before I get my liscense back. Its gonna be turbo'd. I know I need colder plugs and all that good stuff. i'm gonna be running a hondata stage 2b with everything cept boost controller (using avcr for that). What parts would I need for the best tune up possible to get my car ready. i already use synthetic 5w-30 oil castrol, but I was thinkg about switching to a better synthetic brand (motul, purple, etc). I plan on ordering the spoon plug wires that are like 200 dollars (ouch), and what else would I need? my guess is not dist. cap, dist. rotor, plugs, oil change/filter change. and what else should i purchase?
Thank you all for the great help

When doing a tune-up you definitely want to do the cap/rotor/plugs/wires and an oil change. I think the oil you are using is fine. With your car being turboed I would just make sure to change it every 2500-3000.

I noticed in your sig that your goal is 450whp street driven. I think with the compression ratio you have chosen, this would make that goal difficult. My reccommendation, since you are rebuilding, is to lower the c.r. to 9:1 or 8.5:1. This would allow you to run higher boost levels safer for longer periods.

I know there are more things I can do that will help maintain a healthy vehicle, guys please help out. I'm gonna order a helm's manual friday also, with a 1999 civic si, should i order the service manual for 96-00 honda civic and that will provide me with information on my b16a2 dohc motor i believe. What else do you guys do when doing a tune up besides the basics already listed at top.
Thanks again for all help guys

A tune up isn't all about your engine.

You also check your brakes, brake fluid, power steering fluid, alignment, antifreeze, etc. Replace all fluids..

If you just want to tune up the engine, then change the fluids, injector cleaner, compression test and maybe leak down if compression is off, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and whatever you feel necessary.

Don't forget a valve adjustment.

And if your engine is still stock and you replace the plugs.. do NOT get different plugs. No gimmick plugs, and no cold plugs yet. Stick with NGK or Denso.. that's an order!
