Apex-I V-AFC
you guys know if it can be installed onto a non honda to be used as the S-AFC?
also can the vtec function on the V-AFC work if the oil pressure wires are not hooked up? assuming the stock ecu doesn't need that signal.

V-AFC's can only be used on Honda vehicles. The can't even be used on other variable valve timed vehicles like the Toyota's. Check out the Q&A section of Apex-i's website.
On another note the S-AFC's can be used on just about anything. My friend has one on his Chevy Blazer that has a 400ci small block and a tuned port injection conversion. I also have a friend with one on a VW Jetta that is turboed. This unit was the only thing that actually allowed their vehicles to run correctly.

Yes it will work just like the safc if you dont hook up and of the vtec wires, i ran it on my old non vtec motor just fine. And yes it will work without the vtec oil pressure wires hooked up.
nice... i will try hooking it up. :D
there shouldn't be any reason why it doesn't work as an SAFC if it uses the same wires to hookup as SAFC does excluding vtec and pressure.
