The B20 head is the same as found on the b18b engine and it will fit right onto a b18a block, no problemo.

I'VE SEEN THIS SO MANY TIMES!!!! The B18A/B and the B20B are almost identical. Except for the odvios .2 liters and 11% more torque from the B20B.

why would you want a b20 head? i would go b20 block and the b18a head. better combination in my oppinion. what are your goals? are you going NA, or Forced Induction?!

You can't use a b20 head on a b18a,b block, how would the head gasket seal.
You can use a b18 head on a b20 block. Any way it would be alot better to just
go straight b20. The intake valves in the b20 head are the same size as vtec intake valves.
