Default How to change turbine housing??

I recieved the wrong a/r turbine from maxrev..and kyle said I can send out just the turbine housing if I feel comfortable with that.

So, how do I do it...I belive it is just held on by 6 bolts??

Is there anything to be careful of while removing and installing the larger housing??

Loosen and remove the bolts that hold the 2 plates in place on the exhaust side. After you do that, just put the turbo with the compressor side down and then just pull the exhaust housing off. Just becareful not to damage/scratch the blades when you remove the housing.

That's pretty much it. If it's a new turbo, it should be easy to get it off, if it's used, you might have to hammer it, or torch it a little to get it to loosen up (I did). It's not that hard though
