Default Looking for motor mounts

I am interested in finding complete motor mounts (not just inserts for hte stock motor mounts).

I remember seeing a complete mount (bracket and all) on herea while ago, but I could not find it with the search.

I am not worried about vibration or noise.

Thanks for your help.

be aware that while stronger/solid engine mounts have quite a few advantages, they also have their downsides, more downsides than noise and chattering depending what you do with the car. you may want to venture into a little more research yourself before deciding.

Soup ****,

Can you explain some of those other downsides to me?

I could understand the stresses on the sheetmetal aroudn the mounts going up, more wear on the drive axes, the clutch could take a beating, the interior will loosen up and rattle and squeak more, and the ladies might not like it. But if the girl can't dig it she mihgt not be the one for me anyway

Thanks!

Thanks Steve!

I would hope that with the race or the street JimFab mounts destroying welds would not be an issue with a car that is mostly stock, but I don't have much experiance with Honda's. I have been mostly a VW kid and my friend's rally Type R just has the inserts (many destroyed headers, but no broken mounts yet).

the lesss it can move, the more shock and vibration it transmits.
the engine has to be able to move a little bit
