Default lengthen actuator arm to lower boost

I have a 14b and I am still on stock internals...so I'd like to lower the boost to abut 5-6 psi. Has anyone lengthened the actuator arm to lower the boost level? If so, how did you go about doing this? Pics would be great.

Thanks

I have a t25 turbo and I had the same problem. what I did to solve this was bought a new wastegate from TEC in golden colorado. It was 75 dollars overnighted to Ohio, and when hooked up it runs 4 psi. Then I just use a boost controller to run 6 psi.
There is a little bit of work to do with the new wastegate, you have to cut the old canister off the flange, bolt the new canister to the flange, and cut and weld the arm to the new canister. Its not hard at all and can be done in an hour at the most.
