Default what kind of compression, how much boost, ets.....(b18b)

hi, i got a b18b which im gonna rebuild for turbo.. what kind of compression should i run and how much boost, to be in the 12'-11's range? also someone told me to ask here about resleaving.. would it be necessary or could i do with just a block guard? also if you got some pics/spec's of you b18 civics that would be kool too.
thanks in advance.

the stock b18b is good to around 12 psi with out really much else. I would just get your block sleeved open deck darton with 81.5mm piston with 9.2:1 compression or so and run aroudn 15 psi with a good fuel system. that should net you in the 12s 11s pretty easy.

12psi stock block in light hatch i ran 11.8 car weight 2454lbs with stero 94 si
