Default My new toy!!!!!!

I didnt get everything yet. I guess the rest should be arriving pretty soon. Everyone else that orderd this kit got the kit in different shippments. I still need the downpipe, DIY piping, some flanges and think thats about it. Enjoy!!!!!!!!

The blowoff valve.

The wastegate.

The manifold.

The aftercooler.

And the SNAIL!!!!!!!!!!

And a shot of everything.

Its the maxrev blowoff valve. No brand name on it. So I guess its on that they manufacture.

Hey, nice kit...I have the same one

Looking at the pic of the manifold, it looks like the turbo flange is hella warped. Maybe it's just the angle of the shot but it looks warped bad. You should definitely testfit before the day comes to put it on and you find out that it wont seal properly. It may need to be resurfaced (to become flat again)
just an observation and trying to help Have fun boosting

Yeah I've already test fit it on there. That for looking out though.

I thought aftercooler was the correct term seeing how it is after the turbo. I always heard that was the correct term, but everyone just got so used to saying intercooler that it just stuck. From what I understand a intercooler goes in between to turbos that are in series. I forgot what engines had setups like this. Something like a bus. I dont know. And the aftercooler goes after the turbo. Maybe someone can back me up on this.

I know what you are talking about. I've seen a diagram exactly like that in "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell. But even in that book and all the other ones that I have read, when there is just ONE, they always refere to it as an intercooler. In fact, I was just going to ask why you called it that myself.

You're right with the aftercooler term. Intercoolers are used on tractors for tractor pulling contests. At least that's the only place I've seen them.
