ok, so this guy i know started a shop a while back, but it didn't work out to well b/c he was trying too hard to cater to the local circle trackers, and not enough to auto-x, street racing, or general street performance people. he DID however buy an NOS filling station. 2 days ago he tells me he's selling it, and he said he'd let me have the full bottle of nitrous as well. price for filling station, stand, digital scales, lots of fitting and full 75lb bottle of nitrous oxide....$750

i'm also gonna see if i can get in with who he bought his NOS products from as well, so i can start sell NOS equipment too
