Fuel Presure is 58 PSI and will not adjust down or up?
I just put a new motor in my car a few days ago and when I started my car the fuel pressure shot to 58 PSI, I tried to adjust it down but the more I turned it down it just stayed the same. I have a 1994 Acura Integra GSR with USDM Type-R pistons, Port Flow mild ported head with Type-R valves, Jun valve train and Jun stage 3 cams, Spoon Sports 2 layer head gasket, a 255 liter per hour fuel pump, stock ECU, and a Apexi VTEC controller. (The fuel on the controller is set at stock). My spark plugs have a grey clumpy build up on them. I'm at a loss, does anyone have any suggestions or have seen this problem before.
Ah, the inevitable pressure rise from an upgraded fuel pump!
Grey clumpy stuff?! WTF?! Did you check ALL of them? Too much fuel would not cause grey clumpy stuff.

You really can't adjust that FPR down without drilling the orifice on the stock injector. -OR- Buy an AEM like someone said. Different cars, different scenarios. Clean your plugs good and reinstall them, disconnect your injectors, turn over your car a couple of times. Reconnect your injectors and try again.
You really should lower that pressure, just to high for idle.

I am a moron!
You have a VAFC, don't worry about the FPR right now. Increase your fuel correction (-) at low throttle/rpms before you start your car.
