Internal suggestions for the b16a?
i am looking to make the b16a a little quicker any suggestions of modifications and where to find them and what kind of hp increase to expect? i also want to modify my engine to prepare it for a 75 shot, i know the engine would handle it i just want to beef it up a little before the nitrous. I am mostly looking for the torque?

turbo? or na? if na get a nice civic type r intake cam and call it a day, spending money on na mods is a waste, you spend 2k and then realize naturally aspirated is boring for the most part.
i would say turbo or nitrous would be your best bet for more power. when using nitrous, you should retard the timing, use 2 step colder ngks, get a clutch that can hold the extra power. You might want to upgrade the fuel pump and regulator. fuel will save you from blowing up. make sure you do a compression and leak down test before any power adders. hope this helps.

think big .. http://www.crower.com/cat/import/honda/stroker.shtml
but if you want to prepare for nitrous some good upgrades would be ignition system, fuel upgrades , and maximize your air flow.

ignition you can go with the easiest wich is msd ..works good .. good price . for fuel try a adjustable fuel pressure regulator .. good way to get some extra fuel flowing to help prevent detonation . you can go with a inline fuel pump but not necassry for just a single fogger kit . make sure you have good air flow .. intake header exhaust.

well used on boards like this or http://www.thepartstrader.com is a good place. if not used then try searching for race shops in your area that way you can check out what you buying. you can always search for online distributors as well .. and dont forget EBAY !
