i just got some prices from a supplier and found him to be cheap.

wot is the retail of a turbo (conventional or ball bearing) that could support 700hp???

I have this chance to buy a GT3540 which is a garrett Ball bearing turbo that can support 700hp for only 1050 USD...is this cheap???

does garret even make a turbo with that name(gt3540)
that sounds more like an HKS name and if so its a pretty pricey turbo

 

They do make those.

 

yeah GT is the new version of ball bearing turbos, I think someone called venom or vaportrail sells BB turbos like them.

Apparently they are much better for reliability, power, spooling.. i've never used one but soudns good.

what sort of price does a non ball bearing capable of 700hp cost?

 

isnt there anyone who can give me a price of a normal 700hp turbo?

or even a ball beraing turbo taht is suitbale for 700hp....

 

IIRC Garrett makes them for HKS, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

 

Your not wrong... They make the center section & HKS makes their own housings.
