Is this turbo spinning freely? --> Video

So this is me spinning the compressor blade with my finger
It's a t3/t043 57trim with a 360 degree thrust bearing upgrade
It feels like when I spin it, its not spinning freely. I mean nothing is rubbing and no shaft play because it's brand new from cheapturbo.com
I saw a ballbearing turbo spin with a finger pull like I'm doin and it spun a lot longer. I know mine isn't ballbearing and it won't spool as fast, but still just watch and tell me what you think?

Nothing I'm just refrencing that cause mine dosen't SEEM do be spinning as freely

The poor thing's supposed to be riding on a film of pressurized oil... wait until it is installed, it will spin fine.

bb turbo will spin like nothing. blow on it yourself and itll spin a bit...regular bearing turbo wont do that though.

believe me when you get some warm oil going through it... it will spin very freely.
as they said above.... has to be oiled.
