what the ****.
should a throw out bearing be about 40$ cdn?

save ur self the trouble and go to a honda dealer..i only payed 20 bucks for my maininput shaft bearing... other places wanted 40 and 60 bucks...yea right

yes...throw out
first take # 11 out then slide #3 out and everything will come aprt nicely(no prying needed
