Not plug matched and needs to be modified to fit.

Just get a SI cluster.

You know, when I plugged this exact phrase:

GSR cluster civic

into the nifty search function, recent topics only mind you, it came up with six topics. we don't say "search" to disuade people from asking questions, we do it because the question has been answered in huge amounts of detail in other posts, allowing you to get your answer quickly and completely without waiting or flaming.

I'm surprised you asked that question with over 700 posts.

I understand the search function. I am sorry but I was more interested in the feedback of the ones that actually( spelling) done it.

I did search but it's not really.............................. I am confused

yea...I have read alot on the EK cluster subject.... search
I usually do a search first....cause that way you can get instant results if ppl have talked about it before....when you post a new topic you have to wait for ppl to respond.

You need to get the blue plugs from an integra and move the civic wires into them to get it to work. I was going to do this with mine, but just went ahead and got a civic cluster with a tach.

just finished installing my GSR cluster last night.

2 of my small plugs (green and orange) didn't have anything to plug into in the GSR. SRS and Cruise Control light isn't working. But other that that everything is good.

you sir are wrong. In an Ek, the plugs are the same as a teg, the wires just need to be repinned. In an EG you will need to get the plugs from the teg. Do it if you want, i did. The only downfall is that you lose cruise control and it doesn't fit perfectly but i will soon be modifying my cluster bezel to fit like stock. Also, if you were to get the THIRD PLUG from a teg cluster you could probably make cruise control work. This plug is not needed to make this swap work. Later

Do you have an Auto? or did? that would be why one of your small plugs didn't fit, it is for the auto shifter. The other plug is for cruise control. If you get the third plug from a teg harness you can probably make cruise work. Later.

nope don't have auto. I did notice an extra plug (10 pin???) on the GSR cluster. I figured the two that didn't pug in belonged to the Cruise and SRS.

But, there is a pin location at C5 for cruise function. I'm trying to determine if i just have to move a pin to this location.

this is true, there is a plug at c5 but you need a little more to get it working. Later

Wow, I just order an GSR cluster, so I don't need the teg plugs.

How do you guys remove the pins?

Thanks
