I just had a dc header and skunk 2 manifold installed and i have a rattle, does anyone know what would cause it. Please help

 

Any number of things. The header may not be tight enough on the cat, or that little plate that bolts the bottom of the header to the car may not be tightened down. I dont think its anything on the IM. Where does the sound seem to be coming from?

 

i had the same problem with my civic, i installed the dc headers, i checked the bolts, everything was tight. then i went to this shop and i told them and the took off this small metal piece. he said that some people dont take it off when installing headers but its okay to take it off. sorry, but i dont know what that peice is called. hope this helps

 

There's a couple of those supports that you don't really need. One is on the block behind the header and the other is on the downpipe under the car. If they're not screwed in, it could be the problem. If they're not screwed in try taking them off.
