I recently purchased a dc sports header but when i go to install it dont go on all the way on the studs one side will and if you put it on even then it gets sideways...also another problem has anyone put one on and had like a 2 1/2 to a 3 inch gap between the header and the cat?

 

it sounds like you have the wrong header for your car/motor
