Default DC Header problem

Hi everyone....this is my first post. Well anyway I just bought a SS DC 4-2-1 Header (AHS 6511) cuz I need some torque below VTEC. When I went to install I noticed the holes on the header didnt line up perfectly with the holes on the gasket. I thought it might fix itself when I screw it on so I went ahead. Unfortunately I ended up slightly cross-threading 2 bolts. I took it off, retapped the threads, and re-installed the OEM header (which went back on fine and thank god aint leaking.) DC is sending me another header but I am wondering if it happened to anyone else. The header is designed specifically for the 00-01 GS-R. Thanks for the help.

Didn't happen to me. Maybe it's a manufacturer defect?

I hope it is a defect. Did you get the same header?
