Default NOS problem

Hi
I'm running a stock b16a in my crx with a home made NOS fogger system. (single fogger nozzle 1" before throttle bodie)

I have the kit running with a 50 shot of NOS

My problem is when I hit the NOS it kicks in strong for 1 sec then fades for 1 sec comes back strong for 1 sec & so on till I get to about 7OOOrpm.

I would like to know why it is doing this and what i can do to stop it?

Thanks

I dont know too much about nitrous, but maybe you could try positioning the nozzle a little further away from the throttle body, so that the nitrous has a little more time to evenly disperse? Anyone else have any guesses?

Are you sure you know how to cook with N20? It burns easily if you know what I mean. Try calling NOS Tech. 2 to 1 you have a jetting problem or a bad N20 Solenoid.

the problem is this .. when you run nitrous you have to heat the bottle .. its doin that becuase there is no bottle pressure .. optimal pressure would be between 900-1100 psi. you can eaither buy a bottle warmer for like a 100 bux but on those real ghetto nights i have dont things like heat it with a heating pad although it takes a long time or you can lay the bottle on your motor before you run .. the 100 bux for the bottle warmer from nos is worth it though .. if i can help you anymore just pm me . good luck

A friend of mine bought a power invertor from radio shack and pluged in an electric blanket and wrapped it around his NOS bottle. Worked, good and was cheap but its kind of ghetto. You could also use those little things you buy at outdoor type of stores that keep your feet/hands warm.

I'd save the bucks and call NOS tech if you know what I mean. If they say you need a heater then go and buy one. 1 second bursts of full N20 power is not low bottle pressure. If the bottle was low in pressure or volume wouldn't it just flood and bog continuously like when the bottle is out? hmm.

those would work but the only problem is they are ugly and they take a long *** time to heat the bottle to the optimal pressure.. the NOS bottle warmer only take 10-15 min depending on how cold it is outside. becareful and dont over heat the bottle .
