ive tried everything that ive been told to do .....and nothing seemed to work
could this be the problem??.................
when my kit came in it didnt have a wastegate dumptube, so i had one custom made, could it be to small , not letting enough exhaust pressure out, making it boost spike??

what wastegate are you running?

 

what wastegate and how much psi? this would help us help you.

 

tial .45 spring , it opens at 7 lbs, but right at 6500 it starts to gradually spike to 15-18 at 8000

here's a simple solution
take off the dumptube and see if it fixes your problem

it is gradual. it doesnt spike to 15 like a raped ape , but it does get there eventually

What kind of manifold are you using?

 

drag.................thats more than likely the problem
